Reviewing WorldGuessr and OpenGuessr by Filippo Pellegrini

 Hello Everyone!

Today I am going to make a review of the games WorldGuessr and OpenGuessr and see which guessing game is the best!
For those who don't know, WorldGuessr and OpenGuessr are similar copies of the original GeoGuessr, (which is now not accessible for many people) where it sets you in a random place and you really just have to guess where it is! There are many pros at this game, that follow easy tricks that help them guess the place, such as; the angle of the road, the trees, language, habitats, and many more. It is very fun to play this with your friends; you could potentially show them your skill in geography!

So, now that you know what those games are about, let's get going with the review!

1. Popularity and player engagement

According to about 300.000 players, WorldGuessr has a player rating of about 8.2/10. This shows a strong level of engagement and fun among players. Also, this version of the game is ideal for a casual, any-age gameplay and a normal test to check geography and image-recognition skills.

Instead of being designed for everyone, OpenGuessr is meant for a young audience, including streamers, with a lot of functionality and more tools for navigation around the map. For this reason, OpenGuessr is more popular on streaming platforms for a vivid geography competition.

2. Graphics

Generally recommended for it's clean and vibrant graphics, WorldGuessr has a sleek look that tends to improve the gameplay experience. The environments shown are well organized, making it easy to spot details that can help in guessing locations.

While OpenGuessr also features decent graphics, it has been made with a simplistic design. This feature is mainly positive for functionality, instead of graphics. This might result as a better version for people that want a more competition-like gameplay, forcing people to use their skill as much as they can.

Getting to the point, I have evaluated which version of the game is more optimal for people like me, who want a simple game with features like tutorials, a detailed map and a normal graphic rate. And yes, if you have understood carefully what those 2 games are ideal for, I would say that OpenGuessr is the most comfortable, functional and stream-like version of the game!

European union reacts to meeting with Trump and Zelensky and ceasefire, By Isabella Pavia and Mia Roy

Thursday the 13th of march some of the MNU students came to talk with the journalism club about the     recent meeting with Trump and Zelensky and about the cease fire, we got paired with the European Union                                                         and asked him some questions.

We asked him what they thought:

What the european union thought about the meeting between Zelensky and Trump?

"I think that it could change the world and the position of U.S.A, so I think we should support Ukraine more in case that U.S.A can step out of it and we all support Ukraine in this moment."

How do you believe this meeting will affect the situation between Ukraine and Europe?

"As I already said, the European Union should increase the number of military help to Ukraine and I think the situation is changed in a way that we should be active about, the end of the war as well"

What are your thought of the ceasefire?

"We think it's a very good idea because it will show that Russia is ready for the end of the war and it is a huge step in this direction"

Do you think it's likely to last?

"Now it all depends from Russia because we are not sure about it"

How can the European Union support Ukraine in this ceasefire?

"Well a lot of our countries increased the military help and announced new support to Ukraine in 2025 and we will support Ukraine in a diplomatical way if there will be any new events to happen"

What do you think about Trump's influence on U.S politics towards Ukraine?

"I think he changed the mind of many people and now the U.S is trying to end the war in their way so they are trying to agree with Russia"

What do you see as the biggest challenges to peace in Ukraine?

"As the biggest challenges of peace in Ukraine we see the disagrement unfortuantely"

How should the world respond if the ceasefire is broken?

"We should respond in a way that maybe we should provide many new agreements."

How does the European Union balance it's interest while supporting Ukraine?

"Right now everyone is interest is the peace in Europe and we will not let Ukraine lose in this war because if it does the European Union can be attacked"

What action should we take in to reduce the tension between Russia and Ukraine?

"To reduce the tension we should firstly do the ceasefire because it will help both countries reach an agreement faster and we should continue to support Ukraine"

What lessons about diplomacy and peace can we learn about this meeting?

"I think we can all learn that peace is possible and at least thirty days of ceasefire is a huge step so we should keep on moving into this direction."

 UK Reacts To Meeting With Trump And Zelensky

The journalism club went to the M.U.N club to talk about the meeting with Trump and Zelensky. We researched about how UK reacts to this interview.

1. As Leonardo Soderi says "the UK would like to address that this meeting was quite unprofessional". This shows that the UK is not impressed on how Trump and Zelensky talked in the meeting. For them, the meeting was a type of fight that then.

2. As the UK thinks, and Leonardo Soderi says, they think that after this meeting Trump will help Putin by giving military support to them, by giving them resources to win against Zelensky.

As we can see, UK is not impressed in the way Zelensky and Trump talked in the meeting.

France reaction to the meeting of Zelenski and Trump By Niccolò Brandani

France's reaction to the meeting of Zelenski and Trump was in defense of Zelenski and would do anything to help Ucraine with the war with Russia.

France is thinking that in the meeting President Donald Trump was trying to provoke president Zelenski. France stated that France would do anything to support Ucraine and president Zelenski in the war vs Russia. France is also willing to donate 200 million euros for military aids for Ucraine, this shows the great empathy of France towards other countries. 

France really hopes that the ceasefire lasts, but it can't tell if the cards are in Russia's hands or not for now. France though can tell and thinks that president Donald Trump is thinking olny about USA's economy and infact tries to stop sending military and food to Ucraine, an unacceptable but true fact. France is trying to help Ucraine by sending money for military aids but a problem are the inner problems of France, such as the immigrants.

France though suggests that to decrease the tension between Russia and Ucraine would be the NATO to help, also France are trying to mantain peace in every possible way.
